Recipes from England and the British Isles
Recipes from the British Isles present a full range of cooking creations; from country cooks using fresh countryside produce and meats from local farmers - to sophisticated, uncomplicated British fare. A Sunday "lunch" in England is undoubtedly one of the most enjoyable meals in the world. These meals usually are comprised of a joint of meat (usually roast beef), shared with sides of Yorkshire Pudding, roast potatoes and gravy, along with an array of lovely fresh vegetables; followed by a dessert of sweet pudding or pastry.
Recipes here include also the cooking of Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
